Event Description:

In times designed to make us feel isolated, invisible and numb, let's exercise the divine muscles of  imagination, creative instinct, relational attunement, embodied expression and communal co-creation. We will be silly, gorgeous and messy!  Through guided group exercises, we will tap into the power of play, vibrantly fill space and insist on being healthy and whole so we have energy to thrive, resist and dream new futures.

Minimal cognitive or verbal processing-you won't be expected to solve the world's problems or make any type of sense. Play naturally nourishes resilience, possibility and adaptation-trust its wisdom while having a delicious amount of fun.

No experience with drama, embodied or expressive arts is necessary. I've got you with beginner-friendly facilitation. This is about existence, expression and connection with one another-not performance.

This is not ongoing "therapy group" but an experiential, psychoeducation workshop introduction to Drama Therapy as a modality.

Each workshop capped at 20 people to keep in intimate and encourage us to get to know each other.
